UNIVERSAL FRET LEVELLER - 12" & 16" - For Regular & Understring Levelling

Multi-Purpose Fret Levelling Tool for conventional fret levelling or beneath the strings at tension. The tool features a solid oak grip, bonded to a machined aluminium fret levelling rail.

To remove any surface irregularities on the aluminium section, the leveling face is skim milled - a precise machining method employed on high-precision components.

The machined levelling face is then further refined through hand linishing using ultra fine abrasive over a granite surface table.

ABRASIVE

The tool is available for purchase individually or with 4 strips of 400 grit abrasive. Additional adhesive-backed abrasive can be bought from the menu.

OPTIONAL STRING RAISER

The menu features an optional string lifting bar designed for leveling beneath the strings.

The curved bar profile naturally settles on the fretboard, fitting both radiused and flat fretboards. A small silicon rubber strip is included to place beneath the bar to safeguard the fretboard.

The bar needs to be positioned directly in front of the nut. When installing the bar, the string tension should be reduced. The bar is made from durable stainless steel.
