TERMS OF WEBSITE USE
Please read the following terms before using the website. By using our website, you acknowledge acceptance of these terms of use.

 

APPLICATION

These Terms and Conditions will apply to the purchase of the Goods by you (the Customer or you) from us (the Supplier or us or we).
By ordering any of the Goods from the website or by payment of goods via invoice, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

You can only purchase Goods from the Website if you are eligible to enter into a contract and are at least 18 years old.

INTERPRETATION

Goods mean the goods advertised on the Website or as described by us in communications, that we supply to you as set out in the order.

Contract means the binding agreement between you and us for the supply of the Goods.
Order means your order for the Goods from us as submitted following the process set out on the Website or through payment of a direct invoice.
Website means our website www.guitarbuilding.solutions on which Goods are advertised.
Consumer or Customer means an individual acting for purposes which are wholly outside their trade, business, craft or profession.

BASIS OF SALE
A Contract will be formed for the sale of Goods upon dispatch of goods from our premises.

You must ensure that the Order Confirmation is complete and accurate, and inform us immediately of any errors. We reserve the right to reject an order and refund in full for operational reasons or where completion of such an order would create potential logistical, technical or commercial risks.

Any variation of the Contract, whether about description of the Goods, fees or otherwise, must be agreed by the Customer and the Supplier in writing.
These Terms and Conditions apply only to a Contract entered into by you as a Consumer.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content and logos belong to us. Copying or reproduction without permission is prohibited.

PRICE & PAYMENT
The price of the Goods and any additional delivery or other charges is that set out on the Website at the date of the Order or such other price as we may agree in writing.

DISPATCH & SHIPPING
We will ship Goods timely and in accordance with the periods stated on the website or for delivery at a specified later period as requested by you.

For delivery to addresses outside the UK, Goods are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). All import duties and other taxes are the responsibility of the Customer. We recommend that you contact your local authority for applicable rules and regulations if in doubt. We will not be liable for reimbursement of any duties in the event of a return for any reason, as this payment will have been made between yourself and the respective customs authority. If goods are disposed of by customs authorities due to non payment of import duties or tariffs, we will not be liable for any loss or damages incurred and a refund will not be provided.

The Contract is for the supply of Goods shipped to the address provided with the Order. Once your Order is shipped, changes to the delivery address provided with the Order are outside the scope of the contract and cannot be made by us. Change of final delivery address would require an exception to courier procedures which may result in goods being lost or returned. Any changes made to delivery address are at Customer discretion and we are excluded from any liability for loss or damage in this event.

 

Shipping charges may be deducted from a refund where Goods have been returned to us due to non-payment of import duties by the Customer or failure to accept delivery.

 
The Goods will become your responsibility after the completion of delivery.

All shipping is tracked and insured. If your Goods do not appear on tracking updates, we will open a case with the relevant courier. The Goods will not be considered lost until this status is confirmed by the courier. A full refund or replacement for lost Goods will be provided, whichever is preferred by you.

RISK & TITLE
Risk of damage to, or loss of, any Goods will pass to you when the Goods are delivered to you. Any shortages or missing items must be reported within 7 days of receiving your goods.

CANCELLATIO
NS & RETURNS
You can cancel the Contract by telling us no later than 14 calendar days from receipt of goods and you must return the Goods to our premises in undamaged condition at your own expense.

The Cancellation Rights do not apply to Goods or parts of a shipment that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalised unless the items are defective.

For international returns you must ensure that the commercial value stated is 0.00GBP otherwise import duties would be incorrectly charged to us. Insurance and the arrangement of a suitable return courier is the responsibility of the Customer. 

On receipt of returned goods, we will pay without delay a refund to you for the price of the goods but may retain any separate delivery charges depending on reason for the return. This does not affect your rights to a full refund when the reason for cancellation is defective Goods.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire the Goods.

EXCLUDING LIABILITY
We are not liable for any consequential loss arising from use, or if Goods are used for a Customers business, trade, craft or profession, as goods are sold for Consumer purposes only and as such these losses would not be suffered by a Consumer not buying wholly for their trade, craft or profession.

The Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products, We are not liable for any amount of damages above the amount paid by the customer for the purchase of the products.

The material contained on this site and on any subsequent documentation pertaining to an order, including instructions and guidance for use, is provided for information purposes only and does not constitute legal or other professional advice. If use of the materials or any information provided by us results in the need for repairs, we shall not be liable for any costs incurred. We do not accept liability for any loss or damages which may arise from accessing & using information provided on this site.

12-MONTH GUARANTEE​​

All tools are guaranteed for a period of 12-months from date of purchase. The guarantee excludes any faults arising from misuse. The guarantee will be invalidated where modifications to the tool have been made by the user.

PRODUCT REVISIONS

We may withdraw products from our website due to market changes or circumstances beyond our control.

 

Where necessary, products that we offer for sale may be revised due to changes from but not limited to: raw material supply, procurement of parts or to improve our internal manufacturing methods. The Contract is for the supply of Goods as advertised at the time of order and excludes any subsequent product revisions.


GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
The Contract is governed by the Law of England and Wales.

COMPLAINTS
Should a problem arise and you have a grievance, we would request that you contact us directly in the first instance in order that we can resolve any issues or concerns that you have.
