PRECISION FRET LEVELLING BEAMS - 12", 16" & 19" Lengths

IN-HOUSE PRECISION FINISHING PROCESS - SKIM MILLING

To remove any surface irregularities on the aluminium section, the leveling faces are skim milled - a precise machining method employed to resurface high-precision components. Leveling faces are checked for flatness after machining using a grade 000 granite surface table.


ERGONOMICALLY DESIGNED & MANUFACTURED

The upper corners are smoothly rounded for comfortable grip.

The front edges are beveled to prevent them from digging in.

The non-leveling surfaces have a natural (non-coated) smooth matte finish.



FRET LEVELLING BEAM OPTIONS:


16" LEVELLING BEAM - Machined on the opposite narrow sides to enable the tool to accommodate two different abrasive grits. Includes a large chamfered hang hole.


16" Aluminium Fret Levelling Beam


19" LEVELLING BEAM - Extended beam machined on one narrow side. Ideal length to cover the entire fretboard on most standard guitars. Features a large chamfered hang hole.
