FRET LEVELLING BEAM - 9" & 12" OPTIONS

Our upgraded fret levelling beam can be used for conventional fret levelling, or beneath the strings at full string tension.
 
The fret levelling beam is made from high strength 'structural' aluminium alloy grade 6082-T6. The levelling face is precision machined in-house.
 
The tool features a comfortable oak handle.

The tool can be purchased on its own or supplied with 4 strips of 400 grit abrasive for trimming to suit. Additional adhesive backed abrasive can also be purchased from the menu.
 
OPTIONAL STRING RAISER - (For levelling with the strings fitted)
The menu includes an optional string lifting bar for use when levelling underneath the strings.
 
The curved bar profile finds its own resting point on the fretboard, accommodating any radius and flat fretboards also. The smooth surface of the bar allows the string positions to be moved if required. A small strip of silicon rubber is provided for placing underneath the bar to protect the fretboard.
 
The bar should be placed directly in front of the nut. String tension will need to be slackened when fitting the bar. The bar is made from durable stainless steel.
