GUITAR FRETSAW - 4 Fixed Depth Options - 1.5, 2.0, 2.5 & 3.5mm

FIXED DEPTH
The fixed depth design ensures consistent fret slots and uniform appearance at the edges of the fretboard.
 
4 Precision Fixed Depth Versions - 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.5mm.
 
CAPTIVE BLADE
The saw body shrouds the blade for stability and efficient cutting. The replaceable blade is a light push fit into the saw back and is retained onto the tool using the allen key supplied.
 
SAW HANDLE
The hardwood handle has a slim tapered profile for comfortable grip.
 
BLADE SPECIFICATION
Premium Quality Blades (manufactured by Bahco).
Hardened & Tempered Carbon Steel.
Milled & Set Teeth.
 
MIXED BLADE PACK
The included blade pack contains 5 blades with nominal widths and quantities as below. Please note that some variance should be expected due to manufacturing tolerances. (All blades are rounded up or down to the closest nominal size).
 
1x 0.5mm kerf width
3x 0.6mm kerf width
1x 0.7mm kerf width
 
Additional blade packs are also available from the menu.
 
OTHER USES
The tool is not limited to fret slotting as the blade is suitable for cutting both wood & metal. For example - a 3.5mm depth saw makes a neat job of cutting frets to length when used in conjunction with the fretwork jig . (We recommend keeping a dedicated blade for metal cutting).
