Our Ethos - Creativity With Purpose

Following 25 years within a precision engineering environment, my focus turned to making guitars in 2005.

Like most new guitar builders, my lutherie journey began with traditionally shaped guitars and I later progressed to crafting these from locally sourced wood.

My earlier years of engineering research eventually influenced the design of the Guitar Nut String Spacing Jig.

Several other tools have followed since this original concept. Many of our tools are unique and we are happy to share technical information & concepts on our website, even when there's a risk of imitation.

We don't market through other platforms and prefer to maintain a long term marketing approach through high quality products and informative website content.

Our focus is on ensuring end-user satisfaction. Some tools may require a small learning curve to use effectively, particularly if the process differs from previous methods used.

We concentrate on providing up-front detailed information, with high-resolution images and instructional videos where necessary to prioritize customer understanding of the workings of our tools. Full instructions are also provided with each tool.
