Machined Fret Levelling Beams

PRECISION FRET LEVELLING BEAMS - 12", 16" & 19" Lengths

IN-HOUSE PRECISION FINISHING PROCESS - SKIM MILLING

To remove any surface irregularities on the aluminium section, the leveling faces are subjected to skim milling, a precise machining method employed to resurface high-precision components, typically automotive cylinder heads. Leveling faces are checked for flatness afterwards using a grade 000 granite surface table.

FRET LEVELLING BEAM OPTIONS:

12" FINISHING BEAM - A versatile tool designed for sanding the fretboard or body as well as leveling frets. It is precisely machined on all sides, allowing for the use of four different grits on the same tool.

16" LEVELLING BEAM - Machined on the opposite narrow sides to enable the tool to accommodate two different abrasive grits. Includes a large chamfered hang hole.

19" LEVELLING BEAM - Extended beam machined on one narrow side. Ideal length to cover the entire fretboard on most standard guitars. Features a large chamfered hang hole.

ERGONOMICALLY DESIGNED & ECO-FRIENDLY MANUFACTURE

The upper corners are smoothly rounded for comfortable grip.

The front edges are beveled to prevent them from digging in.

The non-leveling surfaces have a natural (non coated) smooth matte finish.
