DESCRIPTION
The multi-purpose guitar support stand will help to organise your workbench into a productive workspace for guitar repairs and setups. The stand features a neck support and modular body supports for acoustic and electric guitars.
 
The guitar is supported 200mm (8") above the workbench at a comfortable working height. The narrow base design leaves space for organising tools below.
 
The stand is contructed from oak, beech, stainless steel and aluminium. The unit is designed for  freestanding use and is robust enough to be directly clamped to the bench top or in a vice.
 
NECK SUPPORT CAUL
The neck support has a soft cork covering and is 250mm (10") long. The support features a curved recess for locating the profile of the neck. The shallow depth of the recess centralises and supports the neck, whilst maintaining good access to the sides of the fretboard and fret ends.

UNIVERSAL/ACOUSTIC GUITAR BODY SUPPORT
The acoustic support pad is contoured for the curvature of the guitar back and covered with firm neoprene foam. The acoustic support is based on a nominal 15' radius which provides firm support for many guitar types including semi-acoustics. Adjustment is made by rotating the support pad until the neck is level along the caul.
 
SOLID BODY GUITAR SUPPORT
The solid body support will accommodate different neck angles and body thicknesses. Both height and angle of the support are adjustable via independent screw jacks.
 
The solid body guitar support is made from sealed marine plywood and covered with firm neoprene foam. The supporting structure is made from aluminium and stainless steel components.
 
The design provides maximum support for thin bodied guitars and reduces strain on the neck join.
 
Adjustment is made by turning the screw jacks independently until the neck is fully supported and then locking the support using the side thumb screws.
