FRETBOARD RADIUS SANDING SYSTEM - Sand any radius between 7.25" & 20"

SANDING ABRASIVE
The tool is designed for use with 75mm wide (3") self adhesive roll or 150mm diameter discs.
 
P80 & P120 grit discs are included with the tool. The discs are premium quality coated aluminium oxide abrasive. Additional Abrasive Discs are available from the webstore.
 
ERGONOMIC DESIGN
The ergonomic tool handle is made from oak and provides comfortable 2-hand use.
 
INCLUDED RADIUS SANDING PLATES
5 Radii Plate Set - 7.25", 9.5", 12", 15" & 20".
 
The sanding plates are 75mm wide x 150mm long. The plates are interchangeable and fastened with 2 countersunk allen head screws on the underside of the tool body. When fitting disc abrasive, the overlaps at the tool sides can be trimmed at the edges or folded back and later utilised by rotating the abrasive around.

UNIVERSAL USE - Sand any radius between 7.25" - 20".
To sand a fretboard radius that doesn't match a tool plate, a larger radius plate should be selected:
 
To sand a 14" fretboard radius, start by using the 15" plate.
For a 17" fretboard radius, use the 20" plate.
Sand the radius evenly along the board according to the plate size then alter the radius by concentrating sanding pressure at the edges of the fretboard. Progress should be checked with a radius gauge.
 
FINISH SANDING USE
The tool plates can also be used without the handle to finish the board using fine glass paper or similar abrasive.
