WORKSHOP DISPATCH TIME

All tools are precision hand made and assembled in our workshop from an inventory of semi-finished components and stock materials.
This guarantees quality of all component pieces and their assemblies, ensuring that products are always new and not stored for prolonged periods. Unless otherwise specified on the product details, dispatch times are typically as follows:
SMALL ITEMS
Orders up to value £50, 1-2 working days.
Orders over £50 to £150, 3-4 working days.
Orders over £150 - £200, 4-5 working days.

LARGER ITEMS & MULTIPLE ITEM ORDERS
For multiple item orders in excess of £200, 5-7 working days.
For larger items including press systems and workstands, dispatch time will be indicated on the specific product details.
PRE-ORDERED ITEMS
For pre-ordered/reserved items, dispatch time will be confirmed at checkout and also shown on the invoice. Orders consisting of stock items and pre-ordered items will be shipped together unless agreed otherwise.
​SHIPPING & INSURANCE
All order shipments are fully insured against loss and transit damage.

Selection of courier will depend on package weight & shipping destination. Should the courier be unable to deliver to the address supplied or obtain signature of receipt and the item is subsequently returned to us, then additional costs for re-shipping may be incurred.

Please ensure that a valid email and mobile number are both provided as these will be required by the shipper for booking & delivery purposes. A tracking link will be provided by email as soon as your order has been shipped.

​RETURNS
​The purchaser should advise within 14 days of receiving their goods if they wish to return an item. The cost of returning the item and the arrangement of a suitable courier is the responsibility of the purchaser. The goods should be securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

We recommend that goods are insured to their full value and a tracked service is used as we are unable to accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged during return. ​

12-MONTH GUARANTEE
​​All tools are guaranteed for a period of 12-months. The guarantee excludes any faults arising from misuse or failure to follow the instructions supplied.

IMPORTANT - GOODS EXPORTED FROM UK
​
Our goods exclude VAT and customs duties. This is referred to as ‘Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU)’. All VAT and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are usually payable when goods arrive in your country.
